Aimee Aquitania
President and Founder
I began my career in skincare and cosmetics at age 18 with Estée Lauder, later advancing at Nordstrom (1998+) from Makeup Artist to Counter Manager and Account Coordinator. I also worked as a freelance MAC Pro Artist in Las Vegas, specializing in high-volume productions and weddings.
In 2010, I earned my California Aesthetician license. I became a Registered Nurse (BSN) in 2015 after graduating from Samuel Merritt University and worked as an ICU nurse while continuing my career as a Medical Aesthetician. I later advanced into aesthetic nursing and became an RN injector under the mentorship of one of the first RNs to administer Botox.
I completed my MSN in Education & Leadership and earned dual certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2020. In 2022, I became certified in BioTE hormone optimization.
The tools I use may have changed from brushes and color to needles and lasers, but my philosophy remains the same: **“Look like you’ve only refreshed.”** My goal is to provide subtle, natural-looking results—the best injectable is one that is undetectable.
I am incredibly passionate about preventative skincare, regenerative medicine, and longevity medicine. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I continually pursue the latest advancements in health, wellness, and aesthetics.

Katrinia Lemons
Co-Founder
I started my nursing career in the year 2002 at Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee. I was primary a Trauma ICU nurse until I moved to South Lake Tahoe in 2005.
While working in the ICU and ER in South Lake Tahoe I answered an ad asking for nursing help at a plastic surgery center. I was lucky enough to get the job and from that point on I was addicted to helping women achieve the beauty they desired. During this time I also obtained my Nurse Practitioner License so that I may have greater influence over the health of my patients.
I have trained with Allergan and the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses to perfect my craft. It gives me great pleasure to give my patients confidence and wellness inside and out.

Karissa is an experienced registered nurse with over 8 years in the medical field, including 5 years in emergency medicine. Beyond her clinical work, she is a respected nursing professor and RN preceptor, known for mentoring and developing future healthcare professionals.

Dr. Feeley
Medical Director
Dr. Feeley graduated from UC Berkeley with top honors in 2000. She completed medical school at USC Keck School of medicine, graduating at the top of her class in 2004. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Santa Barbara Cottage hospital 2004 and her residency in Emergency medicine at UCLA in 2008. She has worked in the emergency department and in health and wellness for almost 20 years. She enjoys yoga, weight training, travel and spending time with her 2 children and her 2 French bulldogs.

Hello my name is Sydnee!
With 14 years of experience as a Trauma RN, I bring a strong clinical background, a steady hand, and a genuine love for taking care of people to every patient experience. After years in fast-paced trauma settings, it’s safe to say I know my way around a needle! I’m known for my strong IV skills, gentle touch, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
I enjoy providing IV therapy, injections, wellness services, and aesthetic treatments while giving each patient personalized, compassionate care. One of my favorite parts of what I do is connecting with people and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for—whether it’s during an IV treatment, a quick injection, or a little aesthetic self-care.
For me, nursing has always been about more than the treatment itself. It’s about making people feel good, building trust, and creating an experience they look forward to. As a passionate and dedicated Aesthetic Nurse Injector, I specialize in helping clients enhance their natural beauty through safe and effective treatments.
I began my career as a clinical RN working Newborn Nursery, NRP and NICU, Case Management, Urology and Neurology clinics before transitioning to aesthetics.
With over 17 years of experience in the aesthetic field, I am versed in a variety of procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, pdo threadlifts and skin revitalization techniques. My approach combines the latest scientific knowledge with a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring each treatment is tailored to the unique needs and goals of my clients.
I believe in creating a collaborative and empowering experience, where open communication allows clients to feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am committed to ongoing education and training in the ever evolving field of aesthetic medicine. I often participate in workshops and conferences to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, ensuring my clients receive the best possible care.
